“In the Booth” is a new, documentary-style digital series that will give fans an up-close, personal look at electronic dance music superstar Tiësto’s life and the global movement he has fueled. Consisting of 10 digital episodes, each approximately 7 to 10 minutes in length, the show will reveal how Tiësto’s passion for music and live performance has made him a global phenomenon, chronicling the events, promoters, preparations and how each show ultimately comes together. From Las Vegas to Ibiza, fans will have the ultimate insider access to Tiësto’s world — backstage, onstage and moments right before he hits the decks in front of thousands of fans — plus exclusive Tiësto commentary and personal insight into the experience, the venues, festivals and big nights in the world’s most exclusive parties and nightclubs.

Believe Entertainment Group, a New York-based digital entertainment company, is co-executive producing “In the Booth” with Tiësto, as well as financing, selling and distributing it to a worldwide audience, including to Tiësto’s large social media fanbase. Believe has worked with Tiësto’s team to develop the concept and distribute it. The TOUR is hosted by a resident DJ in each city. Loco Dice along with his bag full of vinyl is a guest – a curious one, who will not only play in a traditional way, (two turntables and a mic), showing musical facets that are out of place on big stages, but who’ll also use his microphone to interview and introduce each local host, giving the world far beyond the intimacy of a club an insight into UNDER 300.

Avicii has announced he is going to donate a fat $1 million to the charity Feeding America, the largest hunger-relief organisation in the US.

He will be funding the big seven digit donation with proceeds from his 26-stop American tour, the aptly titled ‘House for Hunger’ tour. The tour features 26 concerts in 27 days, beginning Thursday January 5 in Detroit.

He said:

“Hunger hits everywhere and the U.S. is not immune to it. For me personally, when I found out how widespread the hunger problem in the United States actually was, it blew my mind. I never would have imagined that 1 in 6 people in America struggle with hunger or that 1 in 4 children routinely do not get enough to eat.”

The donation will help provide approximately 8 million meals to those in need through Feeding America.
