General Membership

  • Access to drive 12 cars in 1 year, insurance coverage on all cars, maintenance/servicing, pickup and drop off every month as well the cars being valeted every time they are rotated.

  • 12 months.

  • Yes, you may cancel your membership at any time; however, an early termination fee applies. The fee is equivalent to the remaining balance of your contract term. For example, if you cancel after two months of a 12-month agreement, you will be responsible for the cost of the remaining 10 months.

     

    Exception: If you find a replacement for your membership, you will only be charged a one-month penalty fee.

  • The 12 vehicles are fixed for the year and you will see the fleet prior to you joining the club.

  • 700 miles per month.

  • Yes, at the beginning of the year, you may request a specific month for a particular car. However, availability is not guaranteed.

  • Yes. The £1,995 joining fee is a one-time payment required alongside your membership. This fee covers the administrative costs, initial setup, and access to the exclusive benefits and services offered by the club. It grants you full membership privileges, including access to our fleet of vehicles, exclusive events, and personalised services. The joining fee ensures that you can enjoy a premium experience and receive priority support, maintenance, and vehicle management. This fee is separate from the ongoing membership fees and is a one-off charge to become a member of the club.

Logistics and Convenience

  • For car delivery and pick up requests, we require at least two weeks' notice in advance. This allows us to ensure the vehicle is available and delivered to the specified location on the requested date. We strive to accommodate your preferences, so providing sufficient notice helps us meet your needs efficiently.

  • No, the rotation of the cars follows a fixed schedule for both return and delivery dates. This means that the dates for picking up and returning the vehicles cannot be adjusted, as they are predetermined to ensure smooth operations and availability for all members.

  • No, members at the start of the year will all get installed a safe key lock by The 12 Club. If members are absent on the day of the rotation, we ask you leave the key in the box for our delivery team to pick up the car.

  • If members choose to exchange cars between themselves, this is permitted, provided they inform the delivery team at least two weeks in advance. This notice allows us to coordinate and ensure that the exchange is processed smoothly and the vehicles are available as required.

Insurance and Liability

  • Our car hire service includes fully comprehensive insurance, providing extensive coverage for your peace of mind. This includes:

    • Third-Party Liability: Covers damage or injury caused to other people, vehicles, or property.

    • Collision Damage Waiver (CDW): Protects you from financial liability for damage to the rental vehicle, subject to an excess.

    • Theft Protection: Covers the cost if the vehicle is stolen, also subject to an excess.

    • Personal Accident Insurance (PAI): Provides limited medical coverage for the driver and passengers in the event of an accident.

    Please note that certain exclusions and conditions apply, such as excess charges, coverage limitations, and driver eligibility requirements. Additional insurance options may be available to reduce or eliminate the excess.

  • No, your personal insurance premium will not increase after an incident or claim made under our policy. Since our fully comprehensive insurance covers the vehicle during the hire period, any claims made will be processed through our insurance provider, not yours. This means your personal insurance record remains unaffected, and your no-claims bonus will not be impacted. However, if you choose to disclose the incident to your personal insurer, they may take it into account when assessing future risk.

  • Excess fee is £5,000 and it is paid by the member in case of a claim.

  • No, the fleet of cars cannot be driven abroad. Our insurance policy only provides coverage within the UK, meaning the vehicle is not insured for use outside the country. Taking the car abroad would violate the terms of the rental agreement and could leave you personally liable for any damages, theft, or legal issues that arise.

The Cars

  • Our rental cars are not brand new; however, they are carefully maintained and kept in excellent condition to ensure a reliable and comfortable driving experience. Each vehicle in our fleet has no more than 10,000 to 15,000 miles on the odometer at the time of rental. This ensures that while the cars have been driven, they are still relatively new, well-serviced, and free from excessive wear and tear. We conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to uphold safety, performance, and cleanliness standards.

  • All repairs, maintenance, and servicing required for the vehicles are fully covered and paid for by The Club. This includes routine services such as oil changes, tire checks, brake inspections, and other regular maintenance to keep the car running smoothly. Should any unexpected issues arise, such as mechanical failures or repairs due to wear and tear, The Club will bear the cost of these repairs to ensure the vehicle is always in optimal condition for your use.

    In the unlikely event that the vehicle requires emergency repairs, our team will arrange for the necessary work to be completed, ensuring minimal disruption to your rental period. Additionally, any repair or maintenance-related costs will not be passed on to the renter, as all expenses are managed and paid by The Club.

  • If the car breaks down or requires servicing during your rental period, and we are unable to fix it and return it to you within 48 hours, we will offer a replacement vehicle of the same standard at no additional cost.

     

    If a replacement car is not feasible, we may also offer a discount on your next month's rental, depending on the duration the car was out of use and the inconvenience caused. We strive to ensure that your rental experience remains as smooth and hassle-free as possible.

Events and Community

  • Our events include scenic drives followed by luxury hotel stays, providing a premium travel experience. We also offer hospitality and sporting events, ensuring an unforgettable experience at top-tier venues. Additionally, we host seasonal parties, creating exclusive events that allow you to enjoy fine dining, entertainment, and a chance to connect with others in an elegant setting. Whether you're seeking relaxation or excitement, we tailor each experience to provide the utmost luxury and enjoyment.

  • All member events are optional, with the exception of the Kick-Off event for your club, which is mandatory. The Kick-Off event serves as an introduction to the club and provides important information about your membership and upcoming opportunities. While attending other events is encouraged, they are not required, allowing you the flexibility to participate based on your preferences and schedule.
